We are proud to exclusively present you with FEMA Industry and Nettuno Sistemi Advanced Hot Wire Cutting Systems. Additionally, our Cobra Foam Cutting Systems and Paragon Foam and Plastic Recycling lines are proven industry leaders. We sell only Precision Blades knowing they are the best in the business. Mixers and pumps sprayers for our EIFS, drywall, stucco and painter friends round out our lineup.

 

We realize that our clients require a solid team of professionals they can trust and want to do business with. Heading this up is Aaron Knowles, our Director of Equipment Sales & Service. His solid technical background began in the early 1990s in manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. In his hometown of Perth Australia, he worked for a foam cutting manufacturing company where he honed his skills. By servicing many industries, he then incorporated customer service, development, and support into his broad range of skills. His global international travels with over ten countries of installs, service and sales make him one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the business.

 

Prior to a sale, we believe in building a relationship to learn what your needs are now and in the future. We do not want to sell a piece of equipment and move on. Our goal is to be a trusted group that you can talk to and consult with on current and future products, services, and specifics that effect your company and your industry as a whole. With our wide range of products, we can provide a custom quote for your consideration, knowing that we listened to your needs, and provide you with viable options.

 

It is not taken lightly that you would entrust us with a sale of equipment that would go into your process. We will always be truthful with you on delivery times, warranty issues, and service or install requirements. For us to consider it a win, it must be a win for you. This is why we have multiple quality checks during the entire consultation, sale, build, shipping, installation, warranty and after-warranty period.

 

The installation, training, and commissioning is critical to your process, profit center and the long-term reliability of the equipment you have invested in. We take the lead on this process, asking that your key people stand alongside us to learn about processes to help with profitability, maintenance, and other tips we have picked up along the way.

 

We will always be here to help with servicing your equipment, and, due to our broad range of experience, are able to help service many other manufacturers' equipment as well. We also offer a comprehensive tune-up service and additional training when you have new personnel to bring up to speed.
